Breaking Dawn 2 Official Movie Teaser Released

Looks like the very last part of Twilight Saga is coming in soon. Here's the official movie teaser released. The trailer shows Bella as the main focus of this last part, with a bit of Edward and Jacob. Take a look. Vampire or not, she does look breath taking!

Buring said of Stewart's vampire Bella: "[She's] gorgeous. It's bizarre, you couldn't think she'd get any more gorgeous, then she turns into a vampire and is even more stunning!" [Source]

12 Easy Steps Towards a Professional Job Application

Writing an impressive resume is the first step in making a good mark on your probable future employers. If you want to bag the job of your dreams, you need to know the art of conveying your skills and experience in an effective and concise way. Unfortunately, not many are aware of the small mistakes, which when avoided, can shape their resume/CV into something that the market is looking for.

Follow these simple steps to have the refined resume you have always wanted.
  1. Don’t use display picture. It is not required at all in a professional resume.
  2. Be a Professional: Use professional language. This includes introducing a professional email address, without any funny and unprofessional terms, and don’t use a font larger than 10. However, your name should be the title of the document, so it should be in a much larger font to make it visible, e.g. font size 18.
  3. Use correct language: There must not be any grammatical mistakes, and try to use the document writing features of MS Word. Your document should have uniform font pattern, sequential alignments and all headings should be in the same font and size.
  4. Avoiding too many details: Avoid useless details. Try to summarize the content in simple English, no flowery language required, and the length of your resume should be 1-2 pages only.
  5. Experience always counts: If you are experienced, no matter how short your experience is, then the practical experience should always come before the educational details, with your most recent experience on the top and your first experience in the end.
  6. Font: Use a professional font, preferably Arial or Times New Roman.
  7. Personal Details; To give or not to give: No personal details required such as marital status, ID card number and father name etc.
  8. Use Bullets: Try to add your professional experience details in bullets. Avoid lengthy paragraphs, no one reads them.
  9. General Sequence of Sections: Ideal sequence should be: Title (including name and contact information), Objective (single sentence), Professional Achievements (if there are any genuine), Professional Experience details, Education details, Any certifications or Trainings, References.
  10. Know the Employers' Requirements: ALWAYS: trim your resume according to the requirements mentioned in the job that is advertised. Never send the same copy to every job blindly.
  11. Don't Bug the Recruiter with Reminders: Don’t bother the recruiter with reminder emails every now and then. He already has your resume. If it has his required material, he will contact you himself. Give him some space.
  12. Know your value: Never de-value yourself by sending your resume to EVERY advertised job on the internet or print media. Choose the relevant ads only.

You're Searching So Hard, You've Lost Yourself

And isn't it so? You look for yourself every where, trying to put your finger on that lost thread of memory and just when you do, it slips away. Train journeys are romantic, like that movie where a boy meets girl on a train journey that lasts a whole night and when they part ways in the morning, they become the best of friends. The number of compartments with people unknown, the wonderful probability that one of them knows you in some spiritual, magical sort of way. We expect others to complete us. But why?

I've learnt to stop searching for perfect happiness. Do not tire yourself with it, let it come to you. All you can do is not to hold it out. Embrace it with open arms and rid your heart of the fear of any hurt. Those who dare to keep their hearts out in the wild find happiness as a rapturous adventure.

Stop looking. It will come.

Arabian Nights

{ Muscat, Old City }

It's weekend here in Oman and my favorite day of the week when we go out and gorge on anything we feel like eating. Wednesday means two days off the gym and I allow myself to eat gulab jamans too. I love this place because of its peaceful, quiet environment but mostly because its where my husband is. Anywhere is a home where he is. He has this amazing ability to make even an otherwise mundane drive into an extreme bit of an adventure.

I'm unable to write these days, not because I am out of ideas, but because I am so much full of them that I am unable to pick one. My mind keeps on wandering to every thing so fast I find it hard to make my little heart sit still and focus on one thing.

I'm discovering Oman all over again. I'm not sure if a social and extrovert would find it as good as I do sometimes, I'm more of an introvert. This is the perfect place to just stand still for some time, breathe in and enjoy a certain delicious laziness.
