Working Out That Confidence! -- Fantastic Friday

So I'm fat. Big deal. The only thing I hate about being fat is not being able to fit into all my favorite clothes. Really. And, ummm, the frequent feeling of tiredness. That's it. I love my big cheeks. My friends say I look cute that way. I don't look half as good with cheeks tucked in. Trouble is, I have a sweet tooth. I wish I'd think of the consequences before I decide to gorge on a chocolate or gulab jaman. Sigh. I finally got dumb bells. Never did those kinds of work outs but I think it's high time that I do. I'm missing out on my much loved daily walks so I'm trying to make up for them else wise. Besides, having a strong body is so cool. Better than being slim, I tell you. I love the always-active feeling. I like being able to walk really fast, pick up heavy loads, run about, dance and laugh.

When you're happy with your body, you feel confident. When you trust your mind and body, you actually start trusting yourself better. And when you finally start losing weight, that's an incentive in itself. Don't you think, ladies?

Lots of water,
Dumping the lift and taking the stairs instead
Sweating off that lazy fat
Jog, jog, jog
Tip toe here
Tip toe there
Lots of fresh juice (nothing beat that!!)
The lovely greens
No oils... feel light!

It's downright fun, girls!

... And once a week after all the effort, I think I deserve something sweet!

I don't mind if you're on the bigger side. There are a lot of girls who look good even when they have some weight on them. I don't think you look fat though; your profile picture is adorable! :) )

How to gain weight? You have a point there. But being able to give a male model a complex is definitely something we girls find cool ;)

gulab jamans and chocolates were my favorite sometime back and now i literally hate them. this post is an inspiration for people like me.. umm ive already lost a lot and im super active too but i still want to reduce 3 kg more. and it would be more than awesome.

and its ok to have sweets once in a week but then sign it somewhere that once a week mean one time in 7 days :P and no lays, pringles or any other snacks. plus don't do heavy exercises at start cause u r totally new to the world of exercises and aerobics, start with light and then move to difficult ones.

i would loveeeeeee to see u reduced but note the other thing that i even love the way you look now <3

I think what is the most important after all is to feel well in your body. Staying active and eating well will definitely help, but sometimes you won't loose as many kilos as you want, because it's the way you are, the way your body works.
And never forget simple pleasures, as too much privation will leave you unsatisfied .

You're right Marie. I'm such a foodie. That thing has to go. I think I need two basic rules: 1) No random time snacks and 2) Eat only as much as needed. Definitely works. And oh, I love walks!!

Fit and fabulous... not fat! And I agree, after all that structure in exercise and eating, a girl needs a little indulgence in something sweet. Keep up the motivation!!

I think you're perfectly fit but once we become weight watchers we get concerned even about the last pounds. By the way talking about sweet tooth, and reading about gulab jamun, I just googled it this sweet meat looks really sweet.
